§ Terms

Guidance, not legal advice.

By using getsorted you accept these terms. They are written plainly and kept short.

What getsorted is

getsorted maps your answers to UK regulations and surfaces guidance drawn from the ICO, GOV.UK and other authoritative sources. It is an information tool. It is not legal advice, and using it does not create a solicitor and client relationship.

No warranty of completeness

We work to keep the guidance accurate and current, but we do not warrant that it is complete, error free, or applicable to your specific circumstances. Regulations change, and the way a rule applies can depend on facts the checker does not ask about. Always verify current requirements with a qualified solicitor or the relevant authority before acting.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, XGR Labs Ltd is not liable for any loss arising from reliance on the report or the guidance it contains. You are responsible for your own compliance decisions.

Partner links

Some report actions link to partner services and we may earn a commission if you buy through them. These links never change your results, and we do not endorse any partner beyond noting that their service can help with the matter in question.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any dispute is subject to the courts of England and Wales.
